About Our Founder

I am a passionate technology leader who loves solving complex problems. It's probably one of the reasons I love puzzles so much. Each puzzle is an opportunity to think about the bigger picture while, paying attention to detail, and often looking at the problem from multiple angles. This approach can also be applied to technical challenges.

I enjoy helping customers rethink how they can us technology more effectively to better serve their customers. My background in customer service, healthcare technology management, informatics, information technology and military medical logistics have all influenced my innovative and results driven approach to technology implementation. My team and I are committed to ensuring technology serves the user—not the other way around.
